🛠️ About the Role:

As a foundational member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing the backbone of the consumer product interface and application. The role is truly first-design-hire so you will wear many hats to start with across behavioral science, product features, UX/UI, visual design, super fast iterations and experiments with features, and event sometimes content design for marketing. You'll collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless, user-focused solutions in a fast-paced, iterative consumer/human-first environment. You love thinking about ways to visualize and communication rich information in the most simple/human ways and lean into design challenges. You have an eye for beautiful, functional products and applications and a strong sense of style.

****💪 What You'll Do:

• Lead the visual design/product UI/UX process for software development at Trellis Health, including product direction, user alignment, visual design, utility, and brand alignment.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and build out systems for consistency and scalability while balancing the need to experiment and move fast.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts and deliver seamless, user-focused solutions.
• Present and communicate design concepts, strategies, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Build out teams and impact internal company growth for design teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety to explore and have fun, and high standards for execution.

• You love crafting meaningful, delightful consumer experiences. 4-7 years experience as a product designer / UI/UX software designer / visual designer.
